Most homes take two to three hours. You're welcome to come along for all of it, and we'll show you what we find as we go. At the end, we go over the main findings with you and your agent in plain words, so you leave knowing what matters.

How to get ready for your home inspection
Clear the wayMake sure we can reach the electrical panel, water heater, attic hatch and crawlspace, and move stored items away from them.
Keep the utilities onWater, power and gas need to be on so we can test the plumbing, appliances, and heating and cooling.
